                      YOUTH DRIVING PROGRAMME

This programme was placed on hold due to the pandemic

The youth driving programme is an innovative initiative geared towards teaching young people the fundamentals of driving, the skills needed to safely operate a motor vehicle, to know and obey the rules of the road and to make proper decisions on the road while driving.

This programme will commence February 01, 2020, it will be accessible to Cadets within the JCCF, as well as high school students. At the rates shown below.

Eligibility

 

Cadets - Must be 17 years or older and be an active member of the cadet force.

High school students - Must be 17 to 19 years of age and still attending high school.

Services

  1. Theory classes (road code, driver’s statistics, and cause of accidents).

  2. Driving Practical lessons.

  3. Vehicle use and instructor presence & assistance for examination.

  4. Pay examination fee.

  5. Setting examination dates.

  6. Driver assessment & Mock exam.

  7. Night driving.

  8. Tyre change & minor troubleshooting.

 

Rates & Charges (per Student)

  7. Vehicle use & inst. presence, for exam.         $6,000

  8. Tyre change & minor troubleshooting            $2,500

  9. Complete driving course  (package)             $45,240 

A certificate of completion will be issued to each participant, after passing the Examination at the depot.
