CONDITIONS OF SERVICE
These conditions of service are put in place for the protection of you our student, our instructors and the school. Ensure that you read and understand the information below before signing the progress card.
1. No class will be conducted without payment.
2. Persons who are only able to pay-per-class must pay in advance for each lesson, eg. Students will pay for two lessons (present and next) when they attend the first class, then pay for the next lesson in advance when they attend each lesson thereafter.
3. After the instructor arrives, students have five minutes before the clock starts on their lesson if the instructor is on time or late. If the instructor is early the clock starts five minutes after the scheduled start time of the class. The laps time will be deducted from their class time.
4. If the instructor is late, the student is entitled to their full hour of lesson.
5. Cancelations should be made within thirty minutes of the scheduled lesson.
6. If the student cancels the lesson after arriving late (15min or more) or after starting the lesson, the full class fee will be charge.
7. If the student cancels the lesson because the instructor is late, no Penalty will apply.
8. The sum of $500.00 will be charged/deducted from the students’ fee, if cancelation of lesson is made after the instructor arrives on location for pickup.
(Within a 15 minutes time span).
9. If the school or student terminates service from the other, refunds should be made within five working days after request/termination.
10. The refunds will be calculated at the single lesson rate for each lesson attended and a $1,500 administration fee, for lesson only packages. Comprehensive packages refund will be calculated by subtracting the total discount along with the administration fee of $1,500.00 and the total number of classes attended and the remainder refunded to the student.
11. Cash refunds will not be applicable for exam fees that have been paid, however, the exam fee receipt will be given to the student.
12. Driving courses are designed to last a maximum of five, six and eight weeks for the ten, twelve and fifteen lesson packages respectively if no additional lessons are required. No refunds will be available after eight weeks of the first driving lesson. This is subjected to extenuating circumstances, illness, travel, work etc. These situations must be conveyed early so that these conditions can be known early.
13. Unused lessons can be passed on to another student, present or potential however, no refunds will be applicable. This must be done in writing. Student must start using lessons within five days. The administration fee of $1,500.00 will applied.
14. The school has reserved the right to terminate services with any student that does not conduct themselves in an appropriate manner, refuses to follow the instructor’s instructions or who fail to comply to these conditions of service.
15. Students are allowed to dress how they feel comfortable; however, students are asked not to wear clothing that are revealing and exposing sensitive body parts. Students should also wear cover toe shoes to classes.
16. Accidents are always a possibility and they will happen, students that meet in an accident that they or the instructor could not avoid or the instructor did not give clear, proper and timely instructions for corrective measures, will be the responsibility of the school.
17. If an accident Accrues, after the student executes an action that the instructor gave, this will be a responsibility of the school.
18. If the student meets into an accident after refusing to carry out the instructions of the instructor or does what they “feel” they should do, THIS WILL BE THE RESPONSIBILITY OF THE STUDENT.
